Abonnement ANNUEL payé mais compte bloqué depuis 12 jours ! Impossible de se connecter (ancien Facebook/Yahoo supprimé). Le support technique ignore mon ticket n°4059257 malgré mes relances. Je demande qu'un conseiller modifie mon e-mail d'urgence.

Solange die Möchtegern Entwickler es nicht hinbekommen, die Werte meines Powermeters zu übernehmen und stattdessen irgendwelche Werte geschätzt werden (völlig unbrauchbar), gibts ganz sicher kein Abo 😅

Bs site thats harvests your data. There is no reason to have to sign up and give personal details to view a damn map

I have a serious Privacy Issue with Strava. The Strava support page was pretty terrible as all you can do is raise a ticket and wait. They have recently improved their customers support, but this is most definitely a questionable improvement as they have deleted their customer support page and now you can no longer monitor your ticket. If I could give 0 starts for customer support I would. Absolutely! Appalling. Especially after years of paying for subscription. I just want to delete anything to do with these jokers but can't until they have resolved their breach of UK GDPR data rules.

Very aggressive with their marketing. I just want to track my runs, I don't want all the other fluff. They will spam you to no end. I would avoid if possible for other running apps.

Vorsicht Abzocke !!!! Probeabo kann nicht mehr storniert werden und das Geld ist weg!!!! Der Support ist ein Witz und der Strava Chat Bot zieht alles nur in die Länge!!! Finger weg….
