Stuffed SafariReviews of stuffedsafari.com

Stuffed Safari is my go-to. I could find cheaper stuffed animals. I promise, though, that I'd rather get a smaller toy at Stuffed Safari than a larger, cheaper, one elsewhere. This is a case of quality truly counting. My first order was for a darling penguin with a bandana. Yes, you can get shirts or bandanas for your animals. You choose the color and the font! I added a gift note to my son. He wanted his sister's name on the bandana. Their names have one letter difference. Not long after I placed the order, Stuffed Safari called me to make sure it wasn't a typo. I can't say how much I appreciated that. If it had been a typo, that call would have saved me a lot of headaches. They do cost a little more than your average stuffed animals from various stores, but if you found the same product elsewhere, you'd pay a lot more for it. When I can't swing a larger animal, a smaller one is fine because the quality is excellent; the customer service is outstanding; shipping is fast and items are so well and nicely packed, I don't have to re-box them for gift giving. I don't work for Stuffed Safari. I think they're in Connecticut. I'm in central Alabama. I just wanted to offer the praise they deserve. Thanks for reading my comments! I used today for purchase date because I've ordered multiple times and don't know the dates

Ordered some stuffies for Christmas presents and didn’t realize how small they were for the price. I asked to send them back, which I did at my own cost. I did keep on (I ordered 6) and was charged 26.00 for a little 7 inch bird that chirped. I have gotten snarky emails and they even called and left a message. I am shocked. I found another store on Amazon that is cheaper and has free refunds/returms. I will use them from low on.

Charged multiple times for 1 product, had no luck with customer service they were not helpful at all there response was take it up with your bank if me and my wife would have known what we had to go through we would have never ordered it. The most trouble ever for a stuffed animal my suggestion is go to your local store and get it. Very unsatisfied it will never happen again, dont let it happen to you.
