SubmitcfpReviews of submitcfp.com

submitcfp was really easy to navigate, and submitting through it was a great experience. Everything was clear and simple, so the whole process went smoothly. I especially enjoyed the Speaker Delivery Hub and Agenda Builder, which saved us a lot of time, and the quizzes and Spin & Win were a big hit with our attendees. Highly recommend it. Thank you to Cloud Native Summit Kerala 2026 and Submitcfp Team for introducing this new platform for CFP submissions to the community.

It was very easy to navigate and had very great experience submitting through submitcfp

Cloud Native Summit Kerala 2026 was the biggest event we've ever hosted: 700+ attendees, and 194 CFP submissions across three tracks. We ran the entire pipeline through SubmitCFP, from CFP reviews to the final agenda, and it held up at every stage. The Speaker Delivery Hub meant we weren't chasing 40 speakers over email for headshots, slide decks, and confirmations, it all lived in one dashboard. The Agenda Builder let us go from finalized talks to a published schedule in minutes, and update it just as fast when things changed. Notifications and reminders were one click. We even ran quizzes and a Spin & Win through the platform during the event. For a summit this size, having one system instead of five made all the difference.
