We are very pleased with our retractable awning. The installation team was great. They initially did not drill brackets into the stucco to hold the power cord but came back immediately after we said we were not happy with it.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you are very happy with your retractable awning and had a positive experience with our installation team. We sincerely apologize for the frustration caused by the external power cord attachment, as this does not reflect the standard of experience we strive to provide. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as feedback like yours helps us continuously improve our installation practices. We would welcome the opportunity to review this with our customer success team and have them follow up with you directly.

Taylor came out to do my screen estimation and product selection. She was friendly and professional start to finish. She helped me through the process with honest opinions and guidance. She made the experience first rate. I would recommend SPF screens to everyone.

Team was great! Step by step the entire process was simple. From the ease of requesting an estimate online, to the quick response to set an appointment, the punctuality of the sales team to inspect and provide an estimate, the timeline provided for production was accurate, to finally the instillation, the entire process was flawless. This was a very professional organization.
