Took 3 months to fail to arrive from the U.S. with many updates, 1 per week! Then they sent the wrong type and size ones from China. They emailed saying sorry we give you 4USD and they were £40. AVOID!!

Another victim of the Jurassic Crocs scam. We bought these for our son at Christmas. The footwear was poor quality, a rubbish version of a pretend "dinosaur foot" and were too small. We had asked for size 8 (UK) and got a size 7 equivalent. The company won't do the right thing and accept they messed up but instead have offered trifling sums as compensation. This, despite the fact that their website is headlined with the statement "Returnable within 30 days - 100% money back guarantee". DO NOT USE THEM LEST YOU TOO FALL VICTIM...

This is a scam company based in China. I ordered a pair of Crocks on the 6th of November 2024 as a Christmas present. They didn't arrive until 19th of January 2025. Tracking stopped on arrival in the UK despite me chasing them up frequently. When the crocks did arrive they bore very little similarity to the advertised ones. I suspect that they were cheap rip-off bad copies of the originals. They were also the wrong size. When I complained they initially offered USD 2, then USD 5, then USD 8 and lastly 17 USD before I escalated it to PayPal. Like others on here the threat of high return costs were on each of their offers. PayPal got them to agree to a refund but I pay the return shipping to China! That is not going to happen. I also do not believe that any refund will be forthcoming from these scammers. My advice? DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT YOU ORDERED OR YOUR MONEY BACK.

Took almost four months to recieve my product. Upon arrival, it was the wrong product and it was broken. Upon requesting a refund they refused to acknowledge they sent the wrong product, even though I provided the order information and the pictures of the product I received. They best they offered me was a $6 refund for a $52 product. This site is junk, and I highly recommend to not buy anything from here

Products took 6 weeks to arrive, then they were a poor imitation of what was ordered, and wrong size. So totally useless Company offered $11 refund, for a $33 purchase. Pursued through PayPal, but they insisted they had to be returned, to China, at our expense, to get a refund So thats $50 we won't see again!! Avoid this Company!

If I could give them neg stars I would, complete rip-off, ordered their crocs over 3mos ago, I could've went to China myself and gotten them, I don't expect to EVER receive them !!!

I’ve never been so badly served by any company so far since the online shopping was invented. I’m not even bothered about the fact that I have to wait for the goods to arrive since November (this supposed to be a Christmas present) and received it 20th of January. I’m frustrated because everything that could go wrong did go wrong. First thing is the size, the order was (for footwear) 11/12 UK and I’ve received 42/43 EU. Secondly what are they advertised for sale is completely different from what they have sent (it’s pity that I can’t upload some photos).

FINALLY GOT THE JURASSIC PARK CROCS, and they are a Croc O Sh*t, cheap as hell and in no way resemble the picture they post. It is called FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and BAIT AND SWITCH! Since they are in CHINA they do not fall under our laws and can rip Americans off all they want with no repercussion. DO NOT, REPEAT, DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTIST, THIEVES! Wish I could post pictures of what they advertised and what you ACTUALLY get. NEVER AGAIN WILL I ORDER FROM THIS RIP OFF SHOP!
