El producto es muy bueno, está bien concebido, pero detalles de calidad hacen que no ocupe los primeros lugares. El compromiso de garantía fue satisfecho.

We had a good experience. The zflip7 case broke after 11 months. I emailed the company and told them the case broke. They asked me to email a picture of the damage and then they mailed me a new one to replace it. The case does a great job protecting. I have dropped my phone several times and my phone has never been damaged--the case protected it.

Thank you for sharing your genuine experience with us. We’re glad our support process worked smoothly for you after you sent over the required photos, and we're happy to hear our case kept your Z Flip 7 safe even through multiple drops. It is rewarding to know our protective design performed well for real‑life accidents. Thank you for your trust.
