Helpful and Efficient After Sales Service
The agent was very helpful. I advised her the front case of my Supcase was broken after 1 year and she advised me I can register it under warranty and if I qualify then can get a new one at no cost. Happy with the purchase and I will continue buying Supcase. Have been a customer for 16 years.

Best case ever with real life dropping experience!
I have been an Apple fan for the last 10 years. And every time when I need a reliable and strong case for my Apple products, Supcase is my first choice! I dropped my phones all the times and supcase never let me down once! Not only the design & quality are superb but also the customer service! They backup their products. The warranty policy is excellent. And the customer service team are always there for you! Thank you. I love supcase so much that I kept recommending all my friends about supcase!

I had an issue when the product first…
I had an issue when the product first arrived. Customer service was very polite and attentive. They got me taken care of. The phone case is very sturdy and holds up well to use!
