In the process of finding the right match for my needs, they were eager to do research and find the answers. Always greeted on phone and in person with a smile and what I felt to be a welcomed customer. Not just a number! Service department was informative and always helpful without reservations. No question or problem too small to be answered or done with any remarks or negative actions. 5 stars are well earned!

I have a Go-Go Scooter and needed a way to load in it our van, so we had a lift installed. It's been approximately 4 years since the installation and we've had a couple of minor problems, but Superior has taken care of them and we have been very happy with them.
