I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Superpower has been extremely disappointing. My wife purchased the Premium membership and completed her blood draw on May 18, 2026. We received a small portion of the results on May 19, but as of June 2, 2026, the vast majority of the biomarkers are still missing. What is even more concerning than the delay is the complete lack of customer support. Over the past two weeks, we have: * Called the only phone number available multiple times without ever reaching a human being. * Used the in-app AI assistant repeatedly, only to receive generic apologies and no actual answers. * Sent several emails requesting an update and clarification regarding the status of the pending tests. * Received no meaningful response. At this point, we do not know: * Whether the samples are still being processed. * Whether there was a laboratory issue. * Whether a specimen was lost or rejected. * When the remaining results will be delivered. For a company positioning itself as a premium health platform and charging premium prices, this level of communication is unacceptable. Delays can happen. Laboratory issues can happen. What should never happen is leaving paying customers completely in the dark with no access to a human representative capable of providing a clear explanation. The technology, marketing, and user interface may be impressive, but when a problem arises, customer support appears to be virtually nonexistent. I sincerely hope Superpower improves its communication processes because the current experience falls far below what should be expected from every healthcare service, even more from a premium one.

Hey Jonathan! I'm so sorry for the frustration here! We weren't able to locate an account based on the information included in your review. We also do not currently offer phone support at this time. If your wife reaches out to us directly at [email protected] from the email address associated with her account, we'd be happy to investigate the status of her results and provide any available updates. We understand how concerning it can be to wait on health information, and we'd love the opportunity to look into this further for you!

I ordered their "100 biomarker comprehensive test", and filled out their fairly extensive questionnaire only to receive AI generated - many multiple "add on tests" that would cost near a $1000 to do them all. It appears to be a bait n switch - as their basic $199 "comprehensive test" must be actually woefully inadequate. Their 24/7 concierge texting is a joke. They take forever to respond, and don't answer your question when they respond. After reading other 1 star reviews I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge, and get a refund as they will not respond - to my questions. Maybe now they will. I am open to removing this review, (if possible), IF they refund my $199 in full, as I have not completed any blood draw or labs.

No way to get hold of customer service. Their AI bot didn’t work either. More add ons for a lot of money even after purchasing a “comprehensive “ plan. Edit: heard back from a person and got a refund. I will still let the rating stay since it was so very difficult to get hold of anyone, and how it kept upselling expensive add ons while advertising a $199 comprehensive test that wasn’t comprehensive at all.

We’re sorry to hear you felt this way. We want to clarify that Superpower is not a scam, and our team is always available to support members directly at [email protected]. Our membership includes a comprehensive baseline panel, and we also offer optional add-ons for members looking for deeper or more specialized testing. We try to provide flexibility so people can choose the level of testing that fits both their health goals and budget, rather than requiring everyone into a single high-cost package. We understand that the experience may not have met your expectations, and we’d genuinely be happy to look into any concerns further if you reach out to us directly.

I am writing this review because Superpower has failed to meet the basic service standards they advertise. On the positive side, the AI features are helpful and the blood work process was seamless. However, their "24-hour concierge" is a total myth. I have reached out via every possible channel over the past 6 days regarding my results and have had zero human interaction. Calling this a concierge service is false advertising. Update 5/18/26 The concierge team eventually reached out and resolved the issues. Since then, response times have been acceptable. Update – Current: I am updating my overall rating to reflect that Superpower is ultimately not worth the money. While the AI features started out great, the service now consistently gets things wrong, forcing you to ask it repeatedly to check basic information. To make matters worse, as of August 2026 without any notice they’ve now capped users at 100 questions per month—unless you pay extra to ask more questions. Charging additional fees on top of an AI that frequently requires correction is a major issue. I have canceled my membership for next year and will not be renewing. Think twice before purchasing.

We’re sorry to hear you felt this way. While we’re glad parts of the experience — including the blood draw process and AI insights — were helpful, we agree that delayed communication can be frustrating. It looks like our concierge team did respond and your concerns have since been addressed directly. We’re continuing to work on improving response times! We appreciate you giving us the opportunity to make things right.
Thanks A.

Terrible website, zero human support. Chat box passes your message to "concierge team", that leaves you hanging... you pay; follow their ill fitting website (you need to shrink the page down to see the button to progress in 3 browsers I tested), and it freezes at the Lab Booking engine. Someone didn't pay a bill? Refund me bro

What you’re describing with the booking flow and page display isn’t expected behavior, and we’re actively looking into it with our team. You should be able to move through scheduling without workarounds or freezing screens. We also want to make sure your refund request is handled, but since this review wasn’t left with a name or account details, we’re not able to locate your account from here. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] and we’ll take care of this as quickly as possible.
