The service was a little slow and they lacked communication on the process. But overall I got my documents so I’m happy, customer service weren’t rude

I liked everything but the wording about my wife’s condition sounded a little extreme. She was concerned it may affect her ability to carry a gun? Can you let us know if this is possible? Thank you
