Didn’t trust at first. So many scams around. I called and talked to them. Felt much better. I applied felt so much more trustworthy after talk and sent payment replies came back and then the documents came back via email. Printed them and have used them several times since.

I received everything I was promised. At this time I can not afford to go after the other documents. However, I will as soon as I am able to do so. Thank you for everything I have received so far. I am looking forward to acquiring full service animal documentation this upcoming year. Thank you, Bobby.

Helpful and informative. It is hard to reach an individual over the phone which makes it frustrating but email is a great problem solver , quick and effective!!

Apartment complexes looked at the paper and said it was expired...and I see why. That weird expiration date even threw me off at first
Response from Support Pets· Dec 3, 2022
Hello! Thanks for your review. We are a legitimate service, serving people in need for years. There is nothing "sketchy" about it, if you studied the subject, if you familiar with the product you're buying and the laws that cover ESA's. All the details are on our site. ESA approvals and documentation are good for one calendar year. Circumstances can change in a person’s life that is why we require our doctors to review every case on a yearly basis We appreciate your reiew. Thanks for trusting and choosing us.

Hotels still charge me a fee for taking my dog, which is why I wanted to get him certified, was to do away with those expenses.
Response from Support Pets· Nov 2, 2022
Hello, there! We are sorry to hear that. ESAs are covered by housing federal laws, such as the FHA. Unfortunately, some hotels have the option and still choose to charge a fee. Hopefully, hotels will become more accepting and understanding of ESA owners and their needs. Since there are thousands of businesses all over the US with different management and policies, it is also highly recommended to contact them beforehand and check their policies and possible limitations towards ESA. If you have any doubts or need assistance, please reach out to us, ok? Thanks for trusting and choosing us!
