SusWelReviews of sus-wel.com

I am extremely disappointed with SusWel. I received a faulty LinX CGM sensor that gave dangerously inaccurate, erratic blood glucose readings, jumping up and down constantly. After raising the issue, customer service promised a replacement decision within 24–48 hours. It has now been WEEKS, and absolutely nothing has happened. Every time I try to follow up, I am trapped in a loop of automated bot replies promising a response in 48 hours, but no human ever contacts me. This is a medical device, not a toy! Ignoring a customer for weeks regarding a defective medical sensor is completely unacceptable and unsafe.Avoid this company if you expect reliable customer support. Order #

Sensor expired after 7 days. a cpupon was given, but I wouldn't want to sting myself with no guarantee

Får altid mine varer. Har handlet det flere gange. Havde 2 sensorer der var i stykker, de blev byttet uden problemer

Works very well for a very decent price. As an ultra runner, I use the LinX CGM for fine grained monitoring glucose levels in function of diet and exercise during specific phases of the training regimen. The app is very comprehensive and easy to use. For the interested: the product, app and its T&C are from Microtech Medical (microtechmd on the web) a Hangzou based company with US and EU branches.
