We have only had one meal that we didn’t like, and this was our fault as we ordered a food we don’t usually like. Every meal is well thought out and tastes awesome

I love my Suvie. The ability to load a meal in advance, schedule the cook, and have the built-in refrigeration keep everything fresh until it’s time to cook is what sold me. It’s incredibly convenient and fits perfectly into a busy schedule. Most of the meals are really good, and I’ve had no issues with my machine. I’ve occasionally received a missing or damaged item, but customer service has always responded quickly and credited my account without any hassle. Overall, I’ve been very happy with both the product and the support.

I have always gotten my calls returned. Staff is friendly and helpful. I love all the meals we have received. However, it would be great if consumers could pick each food option. For example, I like the prime rib but do not care for the scallop potato and or the vegetable. If I could choose the meat and the side dishes would be even better.

Meals are great. Customer service is awesome (in the rare event something is missing/wrong). Perfect for us empty-nesters that are still working.
