They gave me free coins and off those coins I ended up winning hundred bucks and cashed out and got it right away
Response from SweepKing· Jun 11, 2026
That's the kind of surprise everyone hopes for. Turning free coins into a successful redemption makes for a pretty memorable session. We're glad the payout process was smooth and that your winnings reached you quickly.

Overall great experience. Fast redemption. Daily limit redemption was a little low, and bonus sc playthrough is 20x which is too much.
Response from SweepKing· May 22, 2026
Good to hear the overall experience and redemption speed met expectations. We also appreciate the notes regarding daily redemption limits and Bonus SC playthrough requirements — feedback like this is actively reviewed as the platform evolves.

Overall a pretty good casino. I was able to get up to 400 but only redeemed 200. Support was attentive.bThere were a few things that need improving. I was unable to redeem via crypto bc i kept getting a failed message that took hrs to fix so I played 200 back, you can only redeem 200 at a time, then I was booted out of a couple of games before a winning hand and needs to add withdrawal to debit card as an option. .

Thank you for the balanced and detailed feedback. Good to hear the support experience and overall gameplay met expectations, and that you were able to redeem successfully. We also appreciate the constructive notes regarding redemption flexibility, temporary crypto issues, and additional payout methods — this kind of feedback is valuable for ongoing platform improvements.

Consistent gameplay with stable performance during active sessions. Redemption was instantaneously, funds were successfully sent to a virtual card.
Response from SweepKing· May 11, 2026
Thank you for the detailed feedback. Good to see session stability and game performance are consistent under load, and that the redemption flow executed instantly with funds delivered to the virtual card as expected.

Need to give you your money back to the payment method you used. I don't like that virtual card this needs to be changed immediately
Response from SweepKing· May 5, 2026
We understand your concern — payout method matters. At the moment, redemptions are processed via virtual cards as the available option. Expanding payout methods, including direct returns to payment methods, is already in development. Appreciate the feedback — it’s being actively considered.

It's okay. Odd redemption rules but it works.
Response from SweepKing· May 4, 2026
Fair point — the rules can feel a bit different at first. Glad it still worked smoothly for you overall.
