When I received my order I found the pedestal tube was damaged. I emailed customer support with a photo of the damage. They were very prompt in sending out a new pedestal which arrived in excellent condition. The parts are all very well made and finished. I do not have my table finished yet, I'm confident that it will turn out great with this very high quality component.
