TamstaReviews of tamsta.com

Biggest shop in Lithuania

Slow shipment processing, hard to reach out via the telephone.

I bought a mixer Xone 92 and after 5 days I called Tamsta to check why they haven’t sent it. They emailed me and asked for 200Euro MORE. They are trying to charge me more and basically abuse the price. I said no and asked for a refund and they went SILENT and stopped responding to my emails. They also didn’t issue me my refund. I had to make a fraud complaint to the police and credit card company since Tamsta basically took my payment and never made any delivery. That’s 1200€ worth equipment. It’s very disappointing. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I requested some photos of a guitar by mail, the staff was very gentle and fast in providing accurate photos of the instrument. Then I bought it, and they made a full set-up before shipping. After a few days the guitar was plugged into my amp. Very good service, professional and kind, I'm very happy with it.

A lot of thanks for Tamsta's staff. I got here the highest level professional advises and personal attention. Thanks a lot again and I strongly RECOMMEND this store for all fans of music!

Excellent service, amazing staff

Easy ordering process in Tamsta web site, free delivery in Lithuania from 30 euros. Very happy with the products and the service in Tamsta! Overall I think Tamsta is best music shop in Baltic's and one of the best in eastern Europe, here I don't have to worry about the service or the prices because they are fair and reasonable here. I thought you should know, your work is being highly appreciated. Cheers!
