i shopped many companies including my current cell phone provider. Telestial had the best call/messaging/data plan that I could find. Installation was very simple and I had an issue that was handled very promptly.

First of all I called customer service to ask some questions before purchasing two sim cards, they were very friendly and helpful answering all my questions to my complete satisfaction. Ordered a sim card for my phone and one for my wife's phone 9/9/14 received within three days later 9/12/14. Excellent service. Looking forward to using my phone next month in England!... My wife will be using hers in Brasil!...

This is my first experience with an international SIM card. I researched many companies and Telestial offered the best rates for my travel plans. I used my own phone and the SIM card worked flawlessly in it. It was easy to set up and use. The ability to use both a global number and a US number is a great benefit. Even though I tried to convince everyone to call me on the global number to save $$, that didn't always happen but the rates to the US number are still excellent compared to other companies I researched. I am very pleased with this company and will continue to use them for future travel.

I encountered several separate glitches when I tried to set up my phone to work with my new Explorer SIM card. Telestial's tech support agents quickly identified the cause of each issue and they quickly helped me resolve them. I am a satisfied customer.

I have my Telestial ready to go with home contacts and charged up battery. It was so easy and the few questions I had were quickly answered by the support team.

Easy to obtain with great rates. Easy to use. Love that you have US number so friends don't need to dial internationally. Would be perfect if phone and SIM didn't expire.

I had some doubts to purchase a sim card prior to leaving for Africa. I had thought it easier to just get one there. Nevertheless, I did and got the "Explorer" SIM. It is a flexible, very reasonably priced plan that comes with both North American and Rest-of-the-World phone numbers. Of course, I checked out the SIM prior to leaving (NA number) and it worked perfectly. I recommend Telestial for your communicatiosn throughout the globe..
