Hi Colene, We do understand how frustrating it can be when you need to pay a provider fee every month to get your prescription. Unfortunately, The number of refills approved is up to the discretion of the independent provider who reviews your request. Part of the H&P Certification that you agree to for any prescription request involves agreeing that you understand this is a supplemental mode of care for your convenience and the Telehealth Providers are not to be used, or relied on, as a replacement for in-person follow-up visits or interactions with your primary provider. Hi, We appreciate you acknowledging how quick and easy it was for you to receive your prescription with no hassle. We do pride ourselves in serving our patients to the best of our ability. We apologize for your local pharmacy having difficulty connecting with us. We did acquire a new phone system and they possibly got caught in the middle of it. We can sympathize with you when an expectation is not met regarding medication efficacy. While we can't guarantee the effectiveness of every medication for each individual we serve, we want to assure you that all of our medications come from FDA-registered facilities within the US and are dispensed directly from our pharmacies in Clearwater, FL and Dallas, TX. Hi Dan, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, we understand your concern and are sorry to hear the product didn’t meet your expectations. Please rest assured that all of our medications come from FDA licensed facilities within the US and are dispensed directly from our pharmacies in Clearwater, FL and Dallas, TX. We carry many of the same generic manufacturers dispensed by CVS, Walgreens, and other large pharmacies.
