Overall it’s a good service, but noticed some ball drop recently in the quality of ingredients, either not being that fresh or not being properly packaged. Worth trying

My second week with terra was horrible, first our delivery never came (yes I got a refund) but they have no back up plan when this happens so with my already busy life I had to figure out how to meal prep last minute for my family. Third week it came on time but the salads I received where spoiled when opening container not awesome (also got a refund). Last two weeks I was missing ingredients and recipe guides. It’s like they just can’t get there crap organized. Only reason they get three stars is there customer service since they have me refunds when having issues although I’ll no longer use there services since something always goes wrong.

More flexibility with meals. Swapping out meat for fish or chicken for example. Leaner ground turkey options. We don't eat meat so our options are limited.

Could you please update website so that each Time I add a meal to vessel, I do not have to go back and filter meals for veggie or paleo menu? Also could you please create auto order veggie/ paleo meals? Your website / app are not quick. we have family of 5, so have to go back and add another meal. Would be easier if I could quickly portion #. Takes way too long to select meals. Auto order w paleo and dairy / gluten free would be quick and easy! Love meal packaging & pre-chopped veggies, so much quicker!! Thank you!!

I have had some over ripe things sent to me. This service is the most expensive one out there. I am willing to pay the money to save the environment and have organic food, but I expect to get top quality fruit and food.

I'm disappointed by the rate at which new recipes are added and the weight given to seafood dishes. No one in my household eats fish, we have a clear preference for chicken, beef, and vegetarian dishes and have never ordered anything with fish and yet every week, there are seafood dishes in our basket. You retire dishes with no notice, no chance to get them before they're gone and add new dishes with no fanfare or announcement either. We never know what's available or to look forward to from week to week, makes planning non-existent. Your website is dog slow. Actions that should take moments take minutes and longer, often timing out and is a completely frustrating experience. Your app is no better

My food started arriving in a less than fresh state. I think the weather getting warmer affected it. Salads would last only a day or two. I had to throw away several. The chicken was rarely sealed and juice would be on the inside of the carton.
