My Name is Ricardo M..... I have to say this product is a 10 out of 10. In 2022 I was diagnosed with Lyme disease and had Covid around the same time I started to feel like I couldn't function. Brain fog out of no were, muscle aches, so fatigued I didn't want to hit the gym. I'm 5'9 and was around 235lbs at the time in 2022 overweight but 32 years young. Fast forward to today and I've been dealing with the same issues muscle aches, brain fog and fatigue. I decided it was time to CHANGE! Change how I eat, how I drink and started to be mindful of the things I was putting into my body. I changed my diet and lifestyle...... I still didn't feel right something was wrong.... I couldn't figure it out. I was eating grass fed meats, organic veggies and organic fruits! Thats it, other than that I was taking my multi vitamins and beef liver pills and probiotic to no real change in my body. Don't get me wrong the fatigue and brain fog went away but the muscle aches where still there and I feel it was a bit worse with my diet. BOOM, I found Touch Stone Essentials online and started looking into reviews and youtube videos... Was this what I was missing? Did I need to remove heavy metals and pesticides and toxins out of my body? The Answer was definitely yes, I was skeptical I didn't want to waste my money on something else. But I purchased my first batch in December 2024 I've been on this product for about a month and let me tell you it IS WORKING. I'm losing lbs and starting to be more focused and the muscle aches are minimal from an average of 10 down to a 2. I can feel it working my anxiety is so low as well. Now if you're going to buy this product and continue to smoke or eat junk food or drink alcohol then don't bother wasting your money. You have to stop putting the pollution in your body so this product can remove the pollution that is currently in there. Your liver and kidneys need to be supported so they can filter out the toxins! This product works you just need to support the process I pray for wellness for all that are out there suffering... God Bless!
