I just joined and I have had a good response from the people at Pets Table. The food is good and the dog likes it. He has been cleaning up his food and as they say licking his bowl clean. I have had questions and I have gotten answers. I do have trouble navigating their website. Mostly because I am not used to dealing with a website with many buttons.

The positive: My dog absolutely loves his food! I feel badly… like he was hungry for 3 years! He’s on the sensitive stomach food and he adjusted so easily! The negative: The first trial box arrived late and thawed. When I called customer service, she made me wait until the next scheduled shipping interval to re-send the food?? When I was charged full price for the next shipment, I called back and it was easily rectified. However, that CS agent was very confused as to why she made me wait and not send another box right away. I almost cancelled, but my dog truly loves the food.

Food delivered timely manner. My pup loves it. They need more selections without carrots & chicken for sensitive tummies. Better packaging to keep items from being stuck together.

My dog is now enthusiastic about feeding time and always wanting more. Bestly, her sensitive stomach issues and bowel movement inconsistencies actually vanished around 8-10 days from day 1 of her new meals plan. I couldn’t be happier. The only reason I didn’t rate 5* is the messy un-packaging (no matter the opening method) and the weak blue plastic storage container, which is already broken and stained

My first shipment, the 2 dogs are eating well, one more than the other. I have a picky eater and hoping the adjusted flavors help him. They are happier and brighter. More energy for 11 & 12. The husky IMMEDIATELY goes outside and rolls with happiness and content after he eats. I'm satisfied thus far after trying many other brands.
