I recently called in with a complicated and frustrating billing situation. The customer service representative was calm, polite, professional, friendly and even a little bit funny. He knew exactly how to help me address the issue and never made me feel rushed. This is consistent with my expectations for Therapy Notes.

The customer service is the best. As a user, I am encouraged to email or call the CS team. Email is easy because I get a confirmation and ticket number immediately… like most companies. But then a get a thorough reply within 24 hours but usually much more quickly. I am also encouraged to write back to the CS person if I need more help or to call them.
