very easy to use and user friendly. Customer service is great.

Works great and support is good. Especially like the "to do" lists and reminders. Needs ability for clients to complete forms in client portal and sign treatment plans, releases, etc. I have compared to other top programs and TherapyNotes is the most comprehensive and responsive for my needs.

Like this program more than others I tried. I do wish the enrollment with payers went faster. Going on a month and still waiting. Process takes up to 6 weeks. That said I do like the notes and treatment plans aspect of this program a lot! Very simple.

I LIKE THE INTERFACE AND THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE WITH QUESTIONS. I WOULD HAVE SUFFERED THROUGH A LESS ATTRACTIVE INTERFACE IF I HAD KNOWN THEY DO NOT HAVE AUTOMATIC POSTING OF ERAs. I WAS CONSIDERING MY "CLIENTS PLUS" BUT DIDN'T KNOW THAT TN DIDN'T HAVE IT. TN is more expensive, they don't have the better features! I am a little mad that they keep promising and don't follow through!! COME ON TN!!

Therapy notes is the BEST ERS system our practice has used, and believe me we have used a few. It is clean, quick and to the point, and we love it. Overall I love this software...loving being able to access it anyway, being able to sync the calendar to my phone. I wish there was a waitlist option and that the ERA's were functioning but hopefully in time those options will be updated.

i like the format. i can breeze thru some parts and focus on the type of notes that i need to help me do therapy.
