Excellent costumer service, always so helpful with minimal wait time. Program is always reliable and easy to use. Helps manage my private practice efficiently from scheduling, note taking, to billing. Perfect for private and group practices. I appreciate it during COVID19, since much of the work is remote and I can securely access important information when I need it and continue to serve my patients.

They talk to you in plain English; not technical jargon and they never talk down to you. Good listeners - they always make sure they understand what my problem is before offering a fix. I always learn something new and their instruction is low key and easily assimilated. I don’t hang up the phone feeling like I’ve wasted my time.
