It seemed that the only way that my computer virus could be fixed was by paying $150 for one month support and lifetime Trackoff and I did not have the funds to do this and the billing manager gave me a $20 discount and I did not know that the support was for only one month.

At first
At first, the dialogue between the technician and I was hard to understand. We came to a resolution and now my computer is working well. He was able to fix the pop-up blockers on my computer.
