I renewed my contract online
I renewed my contract online. Representative I talked too was very helpful and nice. I have had Think Energy for a few years and am happy With the service. Much cheaper than TXU.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, found after the initial contract their rates have not been as competitive as other suppliers, usually $0.01-$0.02 more no matter what contract length option.
