Worst customer service I’ve received in a while. Purchased over $1000 in tickets and they won’t help me login to my account. Concert it in 3 days and it’s been 3 months of me trying to login into my account. They think 1 email asking for patients and to keep “retrying” is a good service. Nobody to call or reach it out to. Pathetic

I purchased the ticket refund insurance. I had to cancel 2 out of 3 tickets bought for a medical emergency. Talk about having to go through hoops! I finally just told them in a nice way where they can put their money. Don’t bother with ticket insurance.im not asking a family to provide admission papers, discharge papers, or a doctors note. I will let the school who puts on plays and the venue who use ticket leaf know how ridiculous they are.

Ordered tix for a show tonight. Would not download to my wallet. over an hour with what they call customer support and I told them to refund the tix. Next message? 3 paragraphs explaining why they don't refund the tickets. And, no. I couldn't get them back because she had already entered the refund I can't get. I think it would have been nice to hear that ahead of time. suspiciously looking like an outright fraud right from the start.
