Placed an order on their site, almost a week went by without contact. Reaching out they just canceled my order because insufficient inventory. What a waste of time

Refund. Sent multiple emails to customer service that were ignored and delivery to wrong address happened anyway.

My order shows approved on 2/11 but has not shipped.

Order wasn’t processed for a week and when it arrived it was only have of my order. I was refunded for the other half at least.

it's been over a week now and I haven't received a notice that the order has even shipped, much less received the order. I'm on the verge of cancelling and telling everyone i know that this service is a scam. you charged my card immediately and provided absolutely nothing. pretty dumb to ask for a review when you have completely failed to provide a service..

What delivered was not as advertised. Ridiculous.
