Also, Jamaican operators also charge a VAT, but unfortunately that is something we cannot control, as we have no control over the rate exchange, that is also imposed by the local operator. Hello, If you send the recharge to a valid number and there are no issues such as payment issues or technical problems, your recharge will be sent instantly and the credit can no longer be retrieved, whether the phone number belongs to your friend or it has been assigned to someone else.
