Please don’t use this fraudulent…
Please don’t use this fraudulent company , you’ll absolutely regret it and all the money they will try to scam out of you. I have reported them to the FBI. Over about a year ago, I engaged them for a trademark application. They told me that they filed my trademark for 3 classifications. So I paid them for 3 classifications. When I looked on the USPTO website, they had only applied for one. I filed a complaint with pay pal and pay pal refunded me, but they did try to lie to me and explain away why it only said 1 classification was applied for but still they tried to maintain that they applied for 3. I have texts of them trying to lie to me which will be forwarded to the FBI for my complaint. Fast forward a year, they actually called me , and told me that I had an outstanding balance, which I don’t and nor do you if they try to tell you that you do.Fast forward another 6 months, I just got an email that they are ready to file my application (who knows what application this is - it’s just another scam to get more money out of me). Don’t use them, they take advantage of people who aren’t familiar with the trademark process, and will call you years later saying you have an outstanding balance.
