I have used their services for my first two trade shows. Everyone has been very helpful, and responsive.

The Tradeshowdirect team was extremely responsive to my questions and very easy to work with. They even saved me money on shipping costs by getting the work done sooner than expected, and they sent a photo of the monitor stand and graphic I ordered before shipping it out. I won't hesitate to purchase trade show equipment from them again!

TradeShowDirect was wonderfully helpful. I work for a super small company where I wear many hats - may of the things I do, I have no experience with at all. My having to create signs for a trade show was no exception to this. My initial vision for our signs were done in Word which I saved as PDF. The Sales Manager not only told me that these images were not high enough quality for print, but pointed me in the right direction as to where I could re-create them to make them top-notch. Once I created my signs they helped me to make sure they were in the correct format, and gave me tips to make sure they looked lovely. Hats off to TradeShow Direct - can't wait to see the final result!

Great company to work with. We had a shipping problem and our items arrived damaged (not their fault) and they were very helpful in rushing out the replacement parts we needed in time for our show while simultaneously filing a shipping claim. They made sure we had what we needed so we can go forward with our show -with great, friendly communication.
