They don't do there homework, they try and talk to you to see what your situation is so they can take advantage of you, when i called them out Mike Green sent me a disparaging meme, they have a one star rating, enough said.

Called them to tell them to cancel the contract right after signing. The lady got nasty with me and registered the contract with the courthouse in Orlando the same day. Watch your back

Fake YouTube adds. Bait and switch tactics. The add stating that you don’t need a realtor and will not get a low ball offer. The first thing comes out of cocky rep mouth was the offer of $320k for fully remodeled $450k property or option to list with one of their realtors. lol. At 30% off market price you can sell any property anytime. You’ll be way better off with realtor or listing with flat fee mls listing or selling your property on your own a little below lowest market price They are just another greedy investor who want steal your equity and want to make profit for screwing you. You can do way better without them.
