Easy process
Easy process. My questions were answered clearly and without any mumbo-jumbo. + I liked not having instantly draw out big chunks of the credit line to get the program started.

Easy and Fast
The process was very easy and I could do everything sitting in my living room. Super fast response times from initial inquiry. I liked that most of the documents were clear and nicely organized.

The application process did go fast and…
The application process did go fast and was easy to complete overall. The information is straightforward and easy to understand. I do wish that the cards were delivered faster otherwise so far so good.

Excellent Customer Service & HELOC information is well explained
Most of information is well explained, so your product and offerings became easier to understand during the process. I mostly appreciate the online quick application and other services including rapid response due to the efficient way you’ve set up the TROVY platform for your customers. Best of all is Bryn from Customer Service Division, he is excellent!! He has a great deal of financial and technical knowledge, also very respectful, patient & supportive!
