Customer service is great and quick response

Hi there, I had originally paid the one time payment of a $1.00 to try their service out, which I was successfully charged for. However, three-days later I noticed that a charge of $49.99 was taken out of my bank account that was associated to my $1.00 transaction without my approval. With that said, I reached out to their support, in which Alyssa confirmed that she sees that my subscription has been successfully cancelled on her end and that I should be receiving the $49.99 refund within the next 4-9 business days. She was great on getting my issue resolved so quickly. I really appreciated her empathy and going above and beyond to make this right for me. Who knows, I may even try signing up for the full service in the near future just on the fact of how Alyssa treated me throughout this process. Best regards, Jason

I accidentally got extra charges on my card from them and I wrote them and they promptly wrote me back with a full refund and off offered me a free reading for thr inconvenience. Most company's would not do that. Pending refund im happy for now.

I had an issue with my order, but contacted the customer service line via chat and received a polite and friendly email back. All sorted straight away. Very pleased
