It’s been almost a month and still haven’t received my package terrible customer service.

I put the wrong address and after i purchased I instantly emailed and called trying to resolve the issue they took quite awhile and eventually the package delivered at the wrong address so I didn’t receive it and I can’t get a refund, poor communication.

Ordered 10, and only received 1. Customer service told me "you won't even finish the first one before you receive the rest so it doesn't matter." WHAT?? The most ridiculous response from a company I have ever seen. This is conjecture but they most likely sent me one on purpose because they didn't have enough. On their website, they push all the positive reviews to the top, and pay their reviews for giving a review. All negative reviews would take hours to get to. A scammy and unethical company.

Only one flavor option so you had better like that classic fake grape taste. The cartridge itself works fine, but the effects of the melatonin sure don't. The product has had no effect on my sleep. If you're struggling to sleep through the night, don't waste your money here.

Dont buy this product, when it arrives it doesnt turn on.

SCAM!! Avoid this please . I have ordered a box on the 5th of June and it is the 21st of August now ! Still haven’t received anything and it wasn’t even shipped yet . Absolute joke . Costumer service is crap all they say that delivery might be delayed. I will be trying to get my money back

shipping took quite some time. they promote helping to sleep and relaxation but ever since i started using them it’s making it really hard for me to fall asleep. a waste of money. update: stopped using feeling much better gives you a dry throat. absolutely awful
