Tubespanner looks like a really good tool, so I tried to subscribe. No matter what I attempted, the site would not take payment I tried three different payment methods, but all failed. I emailed them but did not get a reply. So, after not getting a reply, all of their YouTube promotions are rather old, and I can't find one single independent review anywhere, so I have decided not to subscribe. It's a shame. I'm a Tubebuddy subscriber, but TubeSpanner's scriptwriter looks good, and Tubebuddy doesn't have anything like that. There's just so little info out there!

The website is too buggy. I had issues upgrading to the mid tier account during my trial period, and was charged double for no reason. It remained in Lite subscription even though i tried to apply for the mid tier. I reached out to customer support and they took ages to only respond saying that they will look into it ASAP; yet, after 21 days and counting, i got no response. I was still charged for 2 subscriptions as i got the SMS from my bank. I had to cancel my card and apply for a new one. I don't recommend !
