Bought the z flash for an f150. Advertised as easy to change patterns. I followed all instructions and the patterns will not change.

The lights aren’t bright at all & the headlights don’t flash like in the others that I have gotten from you.

Had issues hooking up lights correctly for the functions that I wanted and the operators at the company were absolutely no help whatsoever they could not help with flash pattern for the lights and and could not not even provide me with with a flash pattern chart

The unit worked the lights as it should. But now my auto headlights, cruise control and lane departure don't work. Called and they hoped to have a fix in a month. If not I would hope to be able to return in for a refund,

The customer posted a review on a different website and mentioned these issues. Unfortunately, the customer had not contacted us first because we would have been able to take care of it then. We contacted the customer and asked if the vehicle has the Super Cruise option and the customer was not sure. We have a separate product for vehicles with the Super Crusie option. We asked the customer to send us the QR Code from their vehicle and we were going to check this for the customer. We have not received this information. We will gladly issue a refund if the customer would like to return the product.

Too many emails. Didn’t reply when I had a question before purchase via email. I have requested that I stop getting automated emails but I’m still receiving them. Guess I will have to file a complaint with fcc or bbb or someone ftc to actually get something done.

We took a look at your account and you were sent an email that was your receipt, a shipping confirmation email that contained your tracking number, a shipment out for delivery email, and a shipment delivered email. These emails are sent to keep our customers aware of the status of their order.

This product was defective and began melting after the second use. Contacted the company and they would not return our calls. Really wanted this to work and had planned on purchasing them for the rest of our fleet. I understand that mistakes happen in the manufacturing process, but there is no excuse for the lack of customer service.

We took a look at the account and we were contacted once by the customer's installer since there was an issue with the product. Our engineer was contacted to contact the installer. We did not hear anything else after that. After we received this review we contacted the customer to see what happened and were told that our engineer contacted the installer but when the installer tried to call our engineer back the installer was not able to reach him. We sent the customer a return label so we can get the product back for an exchange
