This purchase did not go the way I expected, and not in a good way. What arrived did not feel like the same standard shown in the listing. Two stars feels generous given how it went.

I gave this store a chance and came away disappointed. There were unexpected charges at checkout that weren't clearly explained upfront. The product did not match the description or photos on the website. It took several emails before I got a useful response from support. Not an experience I'd want to repeat.

By far the worst service. Pre order nothing arrived on release date. Two weeks later still nothing. I contact them to be told there is a delay and will be with me for the 1st September. Date arrives nothing. Chase them again. Oh it's been delayed with be with you by the 17th September. By far a shock and horror still nothing. By far the worst company don't keep you updated you have to chase. Will never use them again and the quicker west ham get away from them the better. The picture is what I have so far just air.

Achtung Abzocke! Bei Umbro Schweiz bestellt. Mir wurde mehr von der Kreditkarte abgezogen!! Dann Nachrichten aus China auf Englisch. Anstatt Trikot und Schuhe 2 gefälschte Sonnenbrillen aus China bekommen! Kein Geld zurück! Kein Antworten auf meine E-Mails! Bestellt nicht dort!!!
