I rarely take the time to write reviews
I rarely take the time to write reviews, but the customer service at Urban Doggo was exceptional. Despite an issue with delivery from USPS, the team went above and beyond to ensure that my package was received. I am extremely impressed with their level of customer service and will definitely be a return customer.
