USA ContainersReviews of usacontainers.co

TJ was an awesome representative and did an amazing job getting into the area i wanted. Would highly recommend!!! Also shout out to Ada, she was my scheduler and also did an amazing job. Even came to the job site to make sure everything went well. TJ had his trainer with him showing him the ropes, did an awesome job as well, unfortunately I lost track of his name. Overall am very satisfied with the entire process!! Shout out to Frank and Heather as well for processing the order to begin with. THANK YOU!!’

I bought 3 containers from them. 2 first were decent, but the last one was very dent and blended. They didn’t want to change it, the lady from the phone taking the payment, asked me if I received pictures before the delivery, and even when I answered “no I didn’t” she said if I rejected I'd have to pay for the restocking fee they charge. Please be sure you got the pictures before you get the delivery, otherwise you will be forced to received it.

Wonderful communication and courteous people. Quality container. Everyone was easy to work with. Thank you so much

I ordered a 10-15 year old container, thinking it would be beat up but when I was send the photos it looked pretty good. When it arrived, it looked even better. Delivery was delayed due to rain (my choice) but the next day it showed up and the driver was very skilled to get it placed as it was not a straight run to the pad. The doors open a little hard but that is to be expected with the age of the container. I am pleased and would recommend this company to anyone in need of a container.

Delivered a 1 trip container with multiple punctures. Instead of bringing me a water tight container like what was promised, they send out an adhesive patch. Buyer beware.

rrecently ordered container accessories with this company. first, they do not handle their own orders; they are processed through 3rd party service, Shop. this service is then responsible for all order update information; processing, shipping, etc. but this is dependent upon the seller providing that information. that was completely and totally not done for my order. called the seller after being completely in the dark for 3 weeks. told them I wanted to cancel the order and receive a refund, but they tried to salvage the order and i was asked to give them another week to get it to me; although my project timeliness was already trashed. I told them about their lack of status information, and that I wanted complete information this time to be sure of their follow through. had to be away from the shipping address thereafter, and needed tracking information. after another week of no information, I contacted the company about the cancelation and refund. they still had no knowledge of the order status, and contacted their 'warehouse'. I was only then told that the items had been shipped and delivered in my absence. confirming the delivey address, I had to have my neighbor confirm the delivery; which had finally occurred. lessons learned; don't order anything from these folks, don't order from anyone using a 3rd party paywall except amazon.
