Drove 35 minutes to see the storage unit and the storage unit representative did not have access to the units. I would of loved a call to let me know even if I was already on the way. Complete waste of my time.

What they advertised is not what they offered when we got there and when we tried to get them to give us what we reserved for the price we were quoted they wouldn't. False advertising and very uncooperative people. Don't go there.

Bad smell, water damage, security issue, lighting problems, small elevator, & a hole in storage unit (literally put my hand through the unit to the outside) easy for possible theft.

NO GOOD SERVICE NO GOOD MANAGEMENT

Waste of time and money. Still waiting on my refund as I refused to move into the unit because the staff signed my initial throughout the entire contract. Then sends me 7 different versions of the contract. I paid cash and was told there was no way to print me a receipt because the printer was not working. Corporate promised refund would be in a check in the mail because they can't refund cash in the store... Can you guess how this story ends? Still no refund check!!!

Totally horrible. Was told that I MUST purchase their illegally-sold crap insurance...even tho by law they had to have coverage themselves for the same things and there were no licensed insurance agents on staff. Also, was told I MUST use a "round lock" that they of course sell for a highly inflated rate. Upsell by fiat is great business if you can get it, but in this case I won't be dealing with your shady company.

I reserved my storage unit and proceeded to start my storage monthly however no one was there. It basically told me to come back at 445pm and the place closed at 5pm. I had no choice but to not have a storage that day. If I had another chance to pick a storage. This wouldn't be it.
