I get a little nervous about sending my info to any website. Because I know I will get bombed with phone calls and 500 emails a day. They were great, sent me one email with options for me to click and called me once. I'm impressed. Thank you.

The place is really easy to find, the big bright sign's were very visible to see, so I cant imagine anyone getting lost, if it was there first time being there. I like the colors of the buildings, I got a welcome feeling. I was greeted with a friendly and a prepared worker (Jay) , she had took me to quite a few different size units to find the right unit for me. Jay was very easy to talk to about what I need to store and when I need to store it, she listened to what I had to say and she was very clear about what there was available, talked about insurance, gave me great tips & and ideas on what I'm going to be storing and even tho I was late today she had set up an appointment for me tomorrow morning to start my proses and get me set me up. I will be recommending this place for any one I know that is seriously looking for a storage unit. Thank you very much for the great helpful service. Im looking forward to meeting with Jay in the morning.

Unfortunately, the facility nearest to me turned out to be too far of a drive for what I needed. The reservation system online was great! The rates were comparable/even cheaper than some storage facilities in the area. I received a welcome call the morning after my online reservation from the actual facility (Heather). Very accommodating, very service oriented. I was thanked for thinking of them. Wish they were closer :(
