Great location, lots of parking, lots of security systems, staff was good natured, friendly, and knowledgeable. I've stored at 4 different facilities. I like this one the best.

USSelfStorage did a good job renting me a unit . I was happy with the facility also.

Managers are extremely friendly. Clean & organized facility. Great procedures in place to maintain safety for you & your belongings. *Derrick went above & beyond his call of duty to insure that my storage needs were met & to accommodate my move-in as much as possible.

The manager Alyssa helped us and I couldn't have asked for someone more helpful I don't think. She was able to get through the process fast and was very personable. Fantastic customer skills. Terry

After dancing the storage locker dance, I lucked into US Storage, and not only found the size and configuration I wanted, but at half the cost of others. And it's close to home to boot!

I recently purchased a boat and without thinking of storage and didnt have anywhere to put it after taking delivery. Tammy Krause at Cube Smart in North Chicago not worked to get me a new boat a space in their facility but came back after hours (after 7:30 pm) from home to get us in with the boat. No one else would have done that and her performance and going above what anyone else would have done really impressed me. Who said no one offers exceptional customer service any longer, because I can tell you first hand Cube Smart did!
