Online Casino content has really grown on this site. I'm surprised by how much they're covering this now. Their main page for sweepstakes casinos is really robust. There's mini reviews on like 30 casinos, crazy!

This Company cares about their customers, after not being happy with some charges they immediately reimbursed me half of them back. That's pretty stand up for a company these days! I will say that the tickets they sold me were great.

When I complained about excessive charges, then were considerate enough to amend the problem.

Made an expensive mistake booking shows in Las Vegas and Jessica most kindly and efficiently fixed it. And I have the shows I want! Thanks so much.

When I booked my reservation for the Shark Reef Aquarium in error I booked the wrong date. I called customer service @ Vegas Insider and spoke with Jessica Roesner and she was so helpful that I will definitely use this service again. She did not give me a hard time but on the contrary she was pleasant, extremely helpful and made me feel very important. This is what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE. This was very easy to handle and this is a prime example of what customer service is all about...use the service I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
