This is definitely a scam
This is definitely a scam. If it was genuine they would allow you to pay $5000 for your pin from funds in your account. If you make payment you will still not be able to send funds and will lose $5000

It’s an absolute scam
It’s an absolute scam , they ask for you to pay 5000$ foot getting a PIN number of a card that at that time desbroce exist neither virtually or phiscally. Also they say that if you have X balance and you want to transfer it you can’t do it without the PIN number. Also in which world are they in , today when somebody does a transfer your normally fill in a IBAN and swift code… well here it’s absolutely nothing of that. So 1000% scam done by web builder.
