I listed on the order that is was a gift for my wife. This form was attached to the outside of the box so she read it and saw what it was. I was hoping you would hide the contents because it was a gift

I'm still trying to resolve a problem. Verlilux has been good, but I've not heard back since my last email sending them the asked-for information . The problem concerned a replacement bulb for my Verilux floor lamp, which I love and have had for years. The replacement was inserted correctly, but does not work. If you could help move things along, it would be very appreciated. Marie Taylor Lee

The light itself is fine. It's the support/stand that's shaky.

Wonderful product & service. Quick delivery. Just one issue--getting the bulb out. Tried & tried. Finally got my hubby involved!
Response from Verilux· Oct 5, 2018
Hi Lynne, Thanks for reaching out! The bulb is snapped pretty securely in the socket, but there are some steps that may help. You can grab the bulb around the sides, and pull it straight up and out. You may need to wiggle it a bit while you're pulling, but it will come out! We do have a video in installing and removing the bulb: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zqyUTQaKfk0 Hopefully that helps! Best, Cathy
