Christina R. Herndon IS AMAZING! After driving without insurance for several years and finally paying off my vehicle, I decided to "do the right thing" and start paying for insurance again. The problem with that was finding a plan that wouldn't break my pockets! Christina spent a good 45 minutes on the phone with me, taking the time to thoroughly go over my options and answering any questions I had. She didn't rush me and she even waited on hold while I had to reach out to family to get the funds on my debit card. Being a single renter, I was very thankful to have an agent who went out of their way to knock off a few dollars for my down payment, who else does that??? Thank you SO MUCH Christina, Vern Fonk is lucky to have you as an employee!
