There system had the incorrect fax number for my Vet so that delayed the RX by one day but overall it was a good experience.

VetRXDirect always does there best to get my orders processed and shipped. My vet is often slow in responding to prescription authorization requests, which I believe is the cause for delays in the shipment of my orders. I cant really fault VetRXDirect for that, so overall I am pretty happy with my experiences.

This was my first time ordering form this site, it was a very easy. They took care of getting the prescription form our vet, leaving me with no headaches of having to call, or fax anything. I will be ordering from them again.

There was good customer service and good prices. My only quibble is that the website information on my order lagged behind a few days. I had to call in to confirm the status because the site info was wrong and I got nervous. All was well in the end, though.

I ordered a harness for my dog and it arrived very quickly. It's just as nice as it looks on the website, very good quality, but my dog refuses to let me anywhere near her with it, so I have to return it. You need an RMA number to do that and you have to contact VetRxDirect to get it from them. No one ever answered the phone when I called and it took me 3 emails, 2 voicemails and 1 fax over 2 days to get someone to respond which was very frustrating. Also, they charge a 10% restocking fee and had I known that I would not have ordered from this company. So their delivery is outstanding and the product was excellent but their return policy and respond time - not so much !

Great prices and easy to order

This is my first time, so I'm giving a 4 star, but ordering was a sinch, I was kept up to date via email on where my package was and when it would get here. It arrived on time and very quick . Really good prices, I would go back. (Large breed Advantix II).

I needed cisapride for my cat and they had a good price. Mailed the prescription in and it took about 1 1/2 weeks from start to finish. Got emails as they received the RX and sent it to compounding. Like the cat treats that were included in the box! Will use them for the next refill.
