I still haven't received my order and I'm almost out of Blanche's pills. Not sure why it would take so long. I usually get delivery of on-line orders within 5 days tops.

We appreciate the product and service, it's just expensive to order, we'fe ordered smaller amounts because our cat is quite ill, and think she won't make it, but she continues to rally

It was very frustrating getting the Rxs to your company since you would not accept a fax. If it wasn't for the fact that I had extra of some of my dogs meds , my dog would have run out of her meds because of the time it took for the Rxs to be processed by mail delivery.

The Benzoyl Plus Shampoo that I received has an expiration date which is only a few months away. A fresh bottle would have had an expiration date well into 2015. The other two products that I received are fine.

Ordering and receiving the item was easy and quick, however my dog was not willing to walk in the sling. The sling is very rigid and uncomfortable.
