Windows環境を使用しているにも関わらず、間違ってMac版を購入してしまいました。 こちらの不注意ですがダメ元で交換（またはキャンセル後の買い直し）をお願いしましたところ、快諾していただき、無事に使用に至れました。 また製品についてもエラーなどの発生はなく、気持ちよく使用出来ています。 本当に感謝しています。 ありがとうございました。

今回、パソコンのバージョンアップお何もしないのに、立ち上がらなくなり、リセットした頂きました。 ついでと言ってはですが、別のwindows11パソコンへの移設を前々から考えていましたので、移設しましたが、まず、ソフトの種類を間違いまして、その後、登録もすんなりできませんでしたが、対応していただき、無事使えるようになりました。ありがとうございました。

Customer for a few years now having bought BD-DVD Ripper some time ago. I've not had any issues backing up my collection of disks - and in one case salvaging one DVD that had early signs of DVD rot. The customer support is first rate (from my experience) and, on the few occasions I've needed assistance, been very quick to reply - offering a resolution to my issues (key reset after a couple of Windows reinstallation).
